Lacey Ferderer

Lacey is the owner and broker of Premium Home Realty Co. She began her position as an agent for Fadness Realty & Appraisal on November of 2014. She is also the owner and licensed abstracter of Sargent County Abstract & Title. When the opportunity to become a real estate professional presented itself, it was the perfect fit for her. Working in the land title industry for over 10 years has given her experience in working with lenders, attorneys, buyers and sellers to help assist in part of the closing process.
